Brief History

 The patient was a middle-aged Caucasian man with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and longstanding hydrocephalus who died at home after an unwitnessed cardiopulmonary arrest.

He was found by the bed, fecally incontinent with his head pressed at the foot of the nearby dresser.

The history is obtained from the family.
