1. 00:00 shows the aortic arch and descending thoracic aorta. What’s proximal and what’s distal? What ostia can you identify? What pathology is there?
 
 
2. 00:14 – 00:42 Shows two views of the heart. Identify when the view is anterior or posterior. Identify the bilateral ventricles and atria; bilateral auricles; aorta; pulmonary artery; atrioventricular sulcus; and coronary sinus. Where would you find the left mainstem, left anterior descending, left circumflex and right coronary arteries, considering both the anterior and posterior surfaces.
 
 
3. 00:43 shows a coronary artery. What procedure did the patient have?
 
 
4. 00:56 shows cross sections of the heart. Decide what is anterior and posterior, right and left. Identify each ventricle, the septum, the apex, trabeculae carneae, and papillary muscles. Is there evidence of a heart attack. Is there evidence of a disease? If so, which?
