1. The video begins cutting tissue lateral to the bladder. The tissue connects the bladder to the pelvic side wall. What structures are in this tissue?
 
 
2. The anterior bladder is relatively free (separated) from the anterior pelvic wall. Is that the normal configuration? Or has there already been some postmortem or dissection? Or is this a post-surgical change? (If so, what surgery?)
