• If I am an educator, I agree to follow all state and school regulations regarding use of graphic or explicit material. (High Schools Only – I will obtain Autopsy Center of Chicago and parental consent prior to showing autopsy.online content to my students.)
• If I am a student, I understand that my school or instructor, within the guidelines of FERPA, may access my subscription and site use data, including notes, sketches, login activity or other page use data.
• I understand that Autopsy.Online content is continually updated and changing as the site grows. I understand that, for any one-time, subscription or any other purchase, autopsy.online may add, remove, edit or otherwise alter or update any case or case part, or an page, feature or site format the sole discretion of autopsy.online. I agree to hold autopsy.online harmless and without fault in the event such site changes incur personal, financial, business or other loss.
• I understand that “Lifetime access” means access for as long as autopsy.online provides subscription service. “Lifetime access” may still terminate at any time without refund if autopsy.online stops providing access to content for all subscribers; is for any reason unable to maintain access to the site; or discontinues or disables the autopsy.online site at its sole discretion or for any other reason. A “Lifetime access” subscription includes the content present “as is” at the time of purchase, including any and all cases present at the time of purchase. A “Lifetime access” subscription may or may not include additional cases and content added at a later date and after the initial time of subscription and at the sole discretion of autopsy.online. However, additional cases and content may be offered at an additional fee or subscription rate at the discretion of autopsy.online.
• I agree to interact with the Autopsy.Online content in a clinical, non-judgmental manner that shows respect to the deceased.
• I agree not to take recordings of any autopsy.online video content, nor will I post image or video content from autopsy.online on social media.
• I agree not to place or embed autopsy.online content or otherwise allow access to Autopsy.Online, including video and images, on any other learning management system or on any other platform, be it shared or private, without the express permission of Autopsy.Online. Requests for content use only may be made via the contact form.
• Moreover, I will not disrespect the deceased by using images or video to gain attention from others via social media or in any other manner.
• I understand that my subscription is for my own personal use and is not to be shared, resold or distributed in any manner to any other individual, group, institution or other entity.
• Subscription prices, including subscriptions that are paused for any duration, are subject to change. Pausing a subscription does not guarantee the rate will remain unchanged upon re-activating the subscription.
• I understand that this website uses the analytics tool, Mouseflow. I understand I can opt out of Mouseflow anytime at https://mouseflow.com/opt-out. I understand I can obtain a copy of my data, make a correction, or have it erased by please contacting us first, or, as a secondary option, by contacting Mouseflow at privacy@mouseflow.com. The revocation of use is at the discretion of autopsy.online. Autopsy.Online may further limit access or prohibit me from obtaining subsequent subscriptions at their discretion.
• I understand that my subscription is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• I understand that my purchase of an individual case or multiple individual cases many not be transferred or deducted from any other purchase, monthly or yearly subscription.
• I understand that if I violate any part of this agreement, my subscription may be cancelled without refund and that any legal infringements will be pursued to the fullest extent granted by law.
